2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful use
• No harmful or abusive content
• No unauthorized access
• No reverse engineering
• No automated scraping

5. AI Pet Assistant

The AI is for informational purposes only — not a substitute for veterinary care.

• Does not diagnose or prescribe
• May contain errors
• Always consult a veterinarian
• We are not liable for AI-based decisions

6. User Content

You retain ownership of uploaded content. We have a limited license to store and display it for the Service.

7. Family Groups

Group members can view shared pet records. You manage group membership.

8. Pricing

PawPass is currently free. Paid features may be introduced with advance notice.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

10. Limitation of Liability

PAWPASS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

11. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account anytime.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Colombia. Disputes resolved in Medellín courts.
